Cordero Risotto with Strawberries, 10.6 oz

This Risotto will be the star of your dinnertime, if only because it is so easy to make, but it's delicious also.

How to use: Melt a bit of butter in a pan, pour in the rice and toast for a minute.  Add a half a glass of white wine and let evaporate, then pour in hot broth to cover.  Stir from time to time, adding hot broth as necessary.
