Doppio Passo, which is made from native Primitivo grapes grown in the verdant Apulia region of southern Italy, is known for its exceptionally smooth and well-balanced character. The grapes are harvested twice, once when they are fully ripe and again at a later time to achieve the wine's unique flavor. Blending produces a smooth, full-bodied wine with aromas of forest fruits, cherries, and blackberries. It is unusually full-bodied.
