Maison Marc Cornichons with Basil
For Maison Marc, the pickles culture is a family tradition since 1950. And their history is very important for the history of french pickles ! In fact, in the beginning of the 2000' when the globalisation pushes the companies to relocate the cultures in Asia, Maison Marc remain the only french pickles culture of the country. Today, this "savoir faire" is untouched and Maison Marc are still producing in the Yonne region, in the historical site of the family.
