Paccheri Rigati is a traditional, high-quality pasta from La Fabbrica della Pasta in Gragnano, Italy. Made with local spring water and high-protein Durum wheat, extruded through bronze dies, and dried slowly, this pasta is perfect for rich sauces and seafood dishes or stuffed and baked. Only 12 pasta makers in the region produce this special pasta, and La Fabbrica della Pasta is the first to have IGP certification for its pasta.
