Sapori Antichi Fusilloni 6 color pasta 500g
Pasta enthusiasts are likely most familiar with fusilli, which has a corkscrew shape. Fusilloni are slightly larger than fusilli, which are more frequently used. Both serve as the ideal barrier for the majority of tomato-based sauces, allowing them to assemble inside the corkscrew's twists. The use of numerous colours enhances the flavour and enjoyment of Sapori Antichi's Fusilloni. These hues are the consequence of all-natural substances rather than any food colouring. The five basic colors are produced using tomatoes, beets, spinach, turmeric, and squid ink (nero di sepia).
Marco Zanier founded Sapori Antichi in 1996 in the town of Socchieve in the Carnic Alps, not far from the Adriatic Sea. Pasta enthusiasts are likely most familiar with fusilli, which has a corkscrew shape. This location has blessed his establishment with its three main ingredients of air, water, and sun. Only select durum wheat semolina is used. Sapori Antichi maintains a small-scale production to allow everything to be done by hand and quality controlled.
